We accept payment via PayPal. Payment must be made at the time of placing an order. Prices listed on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

No1Blooms delivers within Australia only. We aim to deliver within the specified delivery window but we do not guarantee delivery times. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from late delivery or non-delivery.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. In the event that a product is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

No1Blooms will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. Our liability to you will be limited to the purchase price of the product.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless No1Blooms, its directors, officers, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from your use of our website or your breach of these terms and conditions.
